ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Reporting to join our team at our office in Rocky Hill Connecticut. Plans, organizes, and directs the technology development and information systems of the Connecticut Behavioral Health Recovery Program (BHRP) to meet the data and information needs of the CT BHRP and to provide the necessary business systems for the CT BHRP's operations.
Position
Responsibilities:
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Data Management and Analytics department to include technology operations, end user technical support, warehousing and dashboard/universe and Webi-reporting.
Determines specific information and technology requirements of management and prepares plans and budgets for implementation, production, and operations.
Works with Business Systems Support to develop and implement end user reports and business intelligence solutions for the BHRP. Develops desktop and Webi-based reporting including dashboards and universe development that support the information needs of the BHRP.
Works with the National information systems staff to develop long-term strategic plans and to maximize and leverage the information resources for ValueOptions. Coordinates the allocation of computing capacity and operating time to maximize systems availability and efficiency of operations.
Manages departmental operations to support all of CT BHRP's internal and external reporting and analytic requirements, including all reports referenced within Exhibit E, specific monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and ad hoc contract deliverables for the client, analytic support for annual Performance Incentive Projects and Performance Targets and clinical studies that require such support, and other internal routine and critical data requests.
Position Requirements:
Education : Bachelor's Degree in general business administration or related field is preferred. Master's level preparation preferred.
Relevant Work
Experience: A t least 8 years progressively more responsible experience in reporting and analytics setting.
Experience should include direct management of supervisory, administrative, and technical staff in a business systems environment.
A contemporary knowledge of computer hardware and processing software applications and the ability to understand complex processing systems and the integration of technology applications is essential.
At least 5 years' experience in a managed care setting is preferred. Behavioral Health experience a plus.
Broad-based leadership abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills are required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
