LPC Healthcare has partnered with a valued client here in the Chicagoland area, a skilled nursing facility that is part of a small reputable system in Illinois. Our client has an intimate approach to providing care to their residents, insuring a personal touch is provided. Assists the Director of Nursing Services in directing the activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide health care and nursing services to residents of the of the Nursing Home on a 24-hour, 7 day per week basis.
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Tasks
Maintain and update audit, compliance and legal documentation, including analyzing patient and staff data.
Plan resource utilization and care interventions according to available data and known trends.
Assist with management of the Department of Nursing, including evaluation of staff.
Evaluate and take action around complaints, failed audits, and staff problems.
Requirements:
Must have an Associate Degree in Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing BSN preferred
Must have current/recent charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing home setting
