Under general direction, designs and develops complex new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. May complete or review documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices, company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.
2 years experience in job offered or 2 years experience in software engineering, software development or systems engineering. Experience in job offered or related position must include the following: JGroups, Crew Management Domain, Spring Framework, Swing, Oracle RAC, Scalable implementation and High Performance environment.
Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, CIS, Technology or equivalent as determined by a professional credentials evaluation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
