Seeking Process Engineer with knowledge of Optics Adhesives and experience developing and evaluating production and alignment processes for optical lenses, mirrors, prisms and electronic touch panels of devices.
Responsibilities:
Create and document procedures for application of liquid optically clear adhesive to lenses, mirrors and electronic components.
Test process efficiency, effectiveness and continuous repeatability through DOE and Gage R&R studies.
Perform bond strength and adhesive shrinkage studies to verify process and adhesive selection are acceptable.
Select, qualify, and purchase new equipment based on process requirements and production needs.
Requirements:
Master of Science or similar advanced degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Optics, Physics, or related.

years process engineering experience in a similar environment.
