Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description:
Looking for Manufacturing Engineers with Aerospace application experience ideally with motors and space mechanism background. (mechanisms, servos, gimbals, motors, etc)
Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
Manufacturing background in a aerospace engineering and applications environment.
Candidate needs to have knowledge of travel cards (assembly process breakdown report for components/products moving from engineering to design to manufacturing to the customer)
Full assembly process documentation and production process experience in an aerospace environment.
Resolve manufacturing problems and improve processes with electronics, e/m packaging, mechanical hardware, and space mechanism experience (motors, slip rings, brush block assemblies, gimbals, drives, filters, linear and rotary actuators, and standard electro-optic devices)
Knowledge of component design and design of fixtures for manufacturing is a plus
Evaluate new/modified manufacturing procedures.
Write operating procedures/Engineering Change Notices.
Investigate new processing equipment.
All other tasks required to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.
