Supply Analyst Positions
Coordinate, plan and assist with activities that support Supply Management efforts to acquire material of the highest quality at the total lowest cost. This person will be responsible for managing and presenting key productivity metrics along with being an SME for Ariba.
Supply Analyst
Responsabilities
Analyze spend and perform detailed supply market analysis for Supply Management team
Lead data harmonizing effort
Create standard reporting templates
Develop and document common processes
Track results for supply management team
Apply e-business and computer technologies to improve job efficiency
Lead/Assist material cost reduction projects
Assist in supplier lean initiative Development of SharePoint to improve cross-divisional communications SME for Ariba.
Contracts, spend, bid events including RFQ's and Reverse Auctions.
Bacheloros degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or related degree Minimum 1 year purchasing/supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or operations in a medium to large company preferred
Interpersonal skills to operate effectively at all levels within the organization and with suppliers Capable of handling many priorities Analytical and problem-solving skills Personal computer and related software
