Hours &
Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is in the low to mid $30/hr. range
? If you start before May 1 2015, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Job Description:
HRIS Manager Support Responsibilities

Monthly Support
? Provide support with monthly employee reconciliation activities

Budget Support
? Provide budget analysis support by scrubbing IFT costs to ensure proper coding of WBS and GL assignments
? Monitor severance payments and provide support with true ups

Handle Reporting Request
? Provide adhoc data request support as needed thru Excel

SAP Invoice Support
? Vendor invoice reconciliation
? Track payments and handling proper coding of bills

Meeting and Logistical Support
? Manage meeting/event coordination and preparation
? Participate in meetings and support the capturing and completion of next steps and action items
? Coordinate the organization and logistic of trainings
? Schedules meetings/reserve conference rooms
? Other duties as assigned

HRI Project Support
Provides support to different tasks requested by the project at different stages:
? Maintain the expense reconciliation of the project and provide summaries when requested
? Basic testing of SAP functionality
? Support in building Portal, and other business functionality in SAP
? Fill forms after collecting the information from the team
? Provide administrative support to the project team members

Microsoft Application Support
? Provide advanced level support in the full Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
? May generate and format basic presentations
? Other duties as assigned

Meeting and Logistical Support
? Manage meeting/event coordination and preparation
? Participate in meetings and support the capturing and completion of next steps and action items
? Coordinate the organization and logistic of trainings
? Schedules meetings/reserve conference rooms
? Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of related administrative professional experience (preferably in a Human Resources function)
? AA /AS degree in Human Resources, IT Systems, or Business or other related Degree or equivalent experience of 4 years.
? BA /BS degree (Human Resources, IT Systems related preferred) or equivalent of 4 years experience.
? Proficient in Microsoft Applications with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel and the usage of pivots, macros, vlookups, and other logic functions to mine and analyze data
? Prior experience with SAP HR preferred
? SAP Financials such as IFT to support paying bills and updating POs required
? Ability to multitask
? Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
? Must possess strong analytical skills
? Must possess strong attention to detail
? Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
? Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
? Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and exercise good judgment
? Able to work both independently and as a team player

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
