Full-Time Position: Account ManagerThe Account Manager leads the marketing and technology engagements with our client partners. RC's multi-year contracts require an intimate knowledge of the client, their vision and business goals. This position requires a person who will lead and contribute to the development of the strategy and manage the execution of the branding, technology and annual marketing plan for the client. This role works with collaborative input from the RC team and a high touch approach with the client for every stage of the process. It requires a high level of client contact and the candidate must be comfortable assuming a leadership position during client meetings.
Responsibilities:Organizes and leads monthly kick off for the client and internal teams to reset the goals and business objectives for the monthWorks with creative and technology teams to leverages their skills in implementing integrated marketing strategiesCoordinates research and analysis in the process of developing marketing plans and creative strategies for projects, campaigns and all-encompassing strategic marketing effortsWrites and presents detailed, well-researched marketing plans to agency teams and clientsOversees implementation of approved plans and strategiesCreates and manages relationships with clients and their staffUnderstands the impact of the digital marketing space and can bring experience and ideas on how to best include these tactics in clients overall strategiesBrings an understanding of customer relationship management and relationship marketing concepts to the planning processIs familiar with all types of online and new media, and with the breadth of traditional media (radio, TV, outdoor, direct mail, print, etc.)Is familiar with qualitative and quantitative research techniquesAttends weekly production meetings with account managers and production managerSupervises work performed by RC creative and technology teamUnderstands how time spent on projects relates to budget and can communicate this to the client. Also works with RC management team on timely, accurate billing of projectsFamiliar with sales process and manages hand off from sales team to ensure smooth and timely transition, especially for the client
Qualifications: 3-5 Years Agency or Marketing Department ExperienceManagement experienceFour-year college degree in Marketing or CommunicationsAbility to manage priorities and projects - must be a self-starterDigital Literacy - must be very comfortable using and learning multiple new technologiesExperience building and managing budgets. P&L responsibility is a plusMust have excellent written and oral communication skills, well-developed problem-solving skills, and a fine eye for detailAn ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is criticalMaintains current computer skills related to agency daily functionsIn-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, Google+, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenariosValues in line with RC Core ValuesGood technical knowledge with the ability to pick up new tools quicklyHas a good knowledge of SEO principlesSense of HumorAt RED CAFFEINE the only thing more impressive than our work is our people. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
