Our client is looking for Sr Database Administrator for a long term project in San Bruno, CA. Below is the detailed requirement,
Job Title : Sr Database Administrator
Location : San Bruno, CA
Duration : Long term
Skills required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent with minimum10 years of hands-on database administration
Senior DBA with minimum 7 years experience in database engineering, administration and support
Minimum 5 years of experience working with databases in a 24x7 Environment
Expertise in Cassandra administration in a production environment for at least 3 years
Must have hands-on NoSQL experience from evaluation of new frameworks to deployment, maintenance, and performance tuning of clusters with at least 2 digit size
Proficient with Hadoop and/or Spark is a big plus
Solid understanding of NoSQL landscape , internals of NoSQL frameworks (like working of Java Virtual Machines, etc.), and knowledge of available frameworks
Strong knowledge of how NoSQL technologies interact and complement each other but also their limits
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages including Perl, Python, Shell
Strong SQL skills and production support experience on with Oracle for 5-7 years
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teamsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
