Our client is a multi-disciplinary exhibit firm specializing in marketing driven brand environments. They design and build experiences (trade show and event marketing) for corporations of all sizes. They have honed their expertise, to become an industry leader in providing integrated design build solutions. Due to growth they are seeking an Account Manager to join their Easton, PA area team.
Responsibilities:
Develops, executes and maintains project schedule
Responsible for correspondence, travel arrangements, request show services and ensure delivery
Secures and records contracts
Provides support to Account Executives and Sales Department including producing general correspondence, producing and monitoring project schedule, travel arrangements and securing show services.
Acts as an active member of project teams with Account Executive, Project Manager, Graphics Designer etc., participating in kick-off and status meetings, ensuring effective communication of timelines, deadlines, deliverables and pertinent details
Ensures project team meets requirements
Acts as liaison to client, fulfilling requests, adjusting requirements as appropriate, records changes
Audits job cost files, labor tickets, ensures invoices are correct, processed and final is submitted to client for payment
Builds and completes data billing file for processing
Compiles project performance information, prepares post-mortem with PM
Performs other duties in support of client services
Manages sub-contractors
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 year trade show, exhibit, events or related experience
Knowledge of exhibit operations and procedures
PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Web
Excellent communication , organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines
Strong customer service skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
