Coordinate major branch activity of delivering strong customer sales and services, insuring compliance with operational policies and procedures and providing workflow direction to branch staffs. Assist the branch manager in performing management duties, which may include; complete human resource activity; schedule and assign work to branch staffs, reinforce standard for sales and services through training, development, motivation, and coaching of branch staffs; respond to employee questions, concerns and complaints; maintain documentation of branch staff attendance, productivity, accuracy, and performance; coordinate operational activity within the branch to ensure satisfactory passing of retail quality assurance assessment and operational audit.
Requirements
Four or more years of experience in operations or human resources activities. This position requires national mortgage licensing system registration under the terms of the secure and fair enforcement for mortgage licensing act of 2008. Well developed customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Effective verbal and written communications skills.
