This southwest GA health system, a JCAHO accredited facility, is seeking two board certified/board eligible physicians in General Surgery to fill two traditional surgery positions with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Five years post residency and Laparoscopic experience is required. Call to cover the Level Two trauma center will be 1:7 after the two surgeons are in place. Experience in Vascular Surgery is beneficial, but not required.

The positions are located at,
1. John D. Archbold Memorial in Thomasville, GA, a 264 bed, not-for-profit hospital, offering state-of-the-art facilities with 140
physicians on staff with a service area over 200,000.
2. Grady General Hospital in Cairo, GA, a 60 bed facility, which has been affiliated with John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital since 1985. This position will replace a retiring physician and allow the new physician to build the practice.
This salaried physicians will receive a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, full JDAMH employee benefits (including profit sharing, relocation expenses and educational loan assistance), as well as, office setup and support from the JDAMH administrative management team.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
