This is a contract opportunity supporting healthcare professionals with daily technical support issues as it relates to PCs, laptops, printers, and network connectivity issues. Responsibilities
Function as a dynamic technical analyst responsible for supporting internal users with hardware, application, and network issues
Perform daily PC maintenance including software installations, printer configuration, and computer upgrades
Active Directory administration
Use scripts to deploy software
Map drives and printers
Provide excellent service and display professionalism supporting internal users are who are not tech-savvy
Required Skills
3
years of hands-on technical experience in a corporate setting
Efficient in diagnosing technical issue and providing desk side support
High proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
Knowledge of all Windows based platforms for servers and desktop computers
Experience completing file transfers and PC upgrades
Proven track record providing high-energy customer service to non-technical internal users
Prior experience providing technical support in a hospital environment would be a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
