F/T Senior System Specialist, Hyperion (Calhoun, GA) Responsible for the daily support of Hyperion Suite of applications (that include HFM & FDM). Provides technical expertise in the analysis, design and development of business applications. Applies broad knowledge of various technical functions to develop requirements and specifications for new and existing application systems; accurately anticipates organizational impact, understands the procedures and expected system performance associated with the introduction of new technologies; and seeks ways to collaborate with other IS colleagues to facilitate systems integration and transitions. Oversees technical development or enhancement projects from concept to implementation using solutions in a multi-platform environment, including object- oriented applications, languages and third party tools, client server based tools and comparable applications. Leads junior team members by providing direction on the development and maintenance of new or existing business systems. Consults with functional groups within the IS organization to communicate and clearly define business needs, contribute to the long- range system plans and ensure application/system services are aligned with business needs. Solicits customer requirements through interviews and/or workshops and/or existing system documentation / processes. Evaluates requirements for enterprise business application integration, service activation and delivering new or modified software system enhancements and/or integration solutions. Conducts and analyzes business and information technology processes and prepares essential groundwork. Documents and communicates all scope changes, potential risk and other issues of importance. Participates on mid-level to complex projects that are within the business unit. Handles technical and functional efforts associated with the implementation and maintenance of customized functional solutions that meet corporate-wide needs. Consults with business unit project sponsors to plan and perform the analysis of complex company activities and/or functions, and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing systems. Studies and tests the interactions between systems to take advantage of new or more effective ways of providing needed information. Develops and conducts systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation and support; works with IS technical colleagues to conduct and analyze preliminary business and information technology processes and to prepare groundwork to meet customer technology needs. Uses industry and project management standard analysis techniques such as: data flow modeling, use-case analysis, work flow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, data modeling and object modeling to assess client/customer requirements and develop test schedules. Prepares and Reviews test plans, tracks/documents results, and makes recommendations to IS and business unit management accordingly. Documents the results of analysis activities using appropriate templates or analysis tools; creates modifies and maintains procedures, process flow charts and reports using various report writing and presentation tools. Develops documents and maintains best practices, project standards, procedures, application quality objectives and lessons learned including metrics for assessing progress. Ensures that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices. Acts as a liaison, between other IS team members and assigned functional business units; maintains effective working relationships, ensures customer's technology support needs are addressed effectively and efficiently. Assures SDLC process adoption and documentation for all projects / service requests. Meet with business leads to prioritize the service requests by providing the estimates and educating the customers / business of the benefits and impacts.Performs required analysis and provides technical / functional support and direction regarding the interface/integration with the rest of the application portfolio; analyzes how the supported applications can best serve business functions; recognizes the impact to the business of proposed applications changes and advises IS colleagues accordingly. Must have Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Must have 6 years progressive experience in system analysis and development positions. Must have 6 years progressive experience with: managing systems development in new computing archtitectures and environments; Oracle Hyperion, SQL Database, MS Access Database, Client/Server architecture; Project management/SDLC; utilizing the Hyperion Suite of applications including HFM and FDM.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
