Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will assist the Occupational Therapist in Planning, organizing, developing and administering of the Occupational Therapy treatment, be part of an interdisciplinary team. Therapist will benefit from competitive salary and insurance plans. Do a comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and provision of therapy. Contribute to program development, quality improvement, program assessment, and departmental policy and procedure development
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
Must be licensed in the State of Illinois, or eligible for COTA licensure
Must be comfortable working with Geriatric Patients
Provide skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant services / interventions in accordance with orders
Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
Establish a daily routine and timeline Assess patient's progress
