LPC Healthcare has partnered with a valuable client here in the Chicagoland area, a client experiencing rapid growth. Our client is searching for a Regulatory Compliance and Continued Readiness Manager, a management role that will impact diverse departments in the hospital.
Reporting to the Director of Quality Management, the Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Readiness Manager is responsible for planning, administering and monitoring all aspects of continuous survey readiness and compliance with regulatory standards. This position is also responsible for leading and coordinating program initiatives to promote awareness, education and assure continuous assessment and compliance with all regulatory, state, CMS and Joint Commission standards. In addition, the Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Readiness Manager works collaboratively with hospital, market and corporate leadership to accomplish the strategic initiatives of the organization including participation in patient safety and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a BSN or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
Master's degree in a health-related field preferred.
Expert knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission and other related standards.
Prefer a minimum of 3 years direct experience successfully leading organization-wide accreditation and regulatory compliance programs including leadership of on-site surveys.
Experience working with performance improvement methodologies such as PDSA, Lean or Six Sigma.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
