Technology and Project Manager (LIC, NY) to oversee operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of commercial and residential properties. Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling for commercial and residential properties. Ensure building projects are completed using the most energy efficient resources and technologies available. Provide technical expertise on the use of the appropriate technology and equipment to achieve maximum efficiency and lower recurring maintenance costs. Participate in operational meetings to discuss strategic business plans about acquisitions, designs and sales. Coordinate the work of various professionals in executing constructions projects. Monitor progress, review and revise schedules, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within allocated budget. Participate in cost control activities. Prepare and present to management periodic reports. Assist management in negotiating construction contracts, supplier contracts and other purchase and lease agreements related to building projects. Use knowledge of green building technologies to ensure that LEED requirements are met. Review and maintain records of sales, rentals, permits, maintenance and operating costs and property availability. Direct and coordinate the activities of project staff and other contract personnel and evaluate their performance. Req. Masters degree & 6 months exp. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
