Responsibilities:Organize, direct and control the activities of all production employees in order to provide finished products to meet schedule, quality and cost requirements as directed.Ensures material availability for daily production in accordance with the production schedule.Assigns, trains, directs associates in the correct production and safety procedures.Ensures completion of finished product in the quantity and quality as prescribed in established standards and schedules.Promotes company's safety efforts and maintains a safe working environment.Education/Requirements:High school diploma2-5 years supervisory experience (Automotive a Plus)Excellent interpersonal and leadership skillsFamiliary with Thermoforming process helpfulExperience in 5S, Lean Mfg, Team building, and problem solvingCreative Foam offers an outstanding compensation package, including medical, dental 401K and tuition reimbursement.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
