Licensed Insurance Specialist will handle calls from trucking clients needing certificates, endorsements and handle the overall service of trucking/transportation clients. Will input all documents and record conversations into computer.
Qualifications/ Experience
Insurance Specialist must have current License in Property & Casualty.
Must have at least 2 years of recent experience working with transportation risks.
At least 2 years of experience as an insurance customer service representative.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
Must enjoy problem solving, can make quick decisions, and are every comfortable using technology.
Must be motivated and energetic.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
