Overview:
Responsible for designing and implementing new projects and existing enhancements for Softmarts eCommerce Web site and other internal Web-based software applications.
Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to flush through requirements and create design/SRS documents when applicable.
Build user interface applications and back-end databases using various programming and scripting languages.
Assist Management in project planning of requirements and design.
Create prototypes and functional specifications for development.
Recommend new Web technologies to utilize, such as browsers, languages, and plug-ins, based on companys needs.
Specifically manages the online ordering and Account Registration processes.
Incorporate proper quality assurance and training to appropriate audience for support.
Keep up-to-date with current technology.
Adhere to corporate computer policy.
Adheres to Softmart Credo.
Qualifications:
C#, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS
.NET Framework 4.5, Web development including WCF and JSON
MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 (SQL Triggers, Stored Procedures, and relational database concepts)
Agile/Scrum development environment
Classic ASP, ASP.NET
IIS Management
Visual Studio 20008/2010
TFS experience is a plus
Hands-on experience with C#, ASP .NET and Classic ASP (including development from the ground-up)
Experience developing web applications including Microsoft .NET technologies (preferred)
Hands-on understanding of relational databases and SQL using PL/SQL or T-SQL
Minimum three years work experience as a Software Engineer
Proficiency in using the Internet and Network principles.
Working knowledge of applicable Internet development tools.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
