We are recruiting for a Program Specialist, who is interested in assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), for CSGs Adult IDD Residential Services. Help us ensure the individuals' health, safety, and welfare while enhancing the quality of their lives and integrating them into the community. In conjunction with other team members, this position is responsible for individual assessment, development, and facilitation of individual and group activities in the areas of cognitive, affective, communication, physical, prevocational, and adult daily living skills development in order to promote greater independence, interdependence and community integration. This position will also complete the duties of a Residential Supervisor.

To be successful in this position you must have strong leadership, programming, and communication skills; the ability to multitask while providing supervision and guidance to direct support staff; and the ability to provide direct care as needed.
To be considered for this position you must have the following
Qualifications:
You must have 1 (one) of the following:
A master's degree or above & 1 year of paid experience working directly with individuals with IDD/MR; OR
A bachelor's degree & 2 years of paid experience working directly with individuals IDD/MR; OR
An associate's degree or 60 credit hours & 4 years of paid experience working directly with individuals with IDD/MR.
You must have all of the following:
1 year of supervisory experience.
Be able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individual to appointments.
Be able to travel to trainings/meetings upon request of program director.
Be able to drive passenger vans and accompany individuals into the community and provide support and assistance in interactions in the community while maintaining sensitivity to the rights and dignity of the individual.
The ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
