Our client, a stable and fast growing company offers 50% of insurance paid by company (Medical, Dental, Vision), paid vacation, sick time, holiday pay and Aflac once you meet perm status with the company. Qualified candidate will be proficient in Excel and QuickBooks. Must be able to pass a background to be considered. Experience is a MUST!
Essential Functions
Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.
Distributes signed checks as required.
Prepares garnishment checks per reports from payroll.
Answers all vendor inquiries.
Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
Prepares cleared checks for storage.
Assists in monthly closings.
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
