THACHER MONTESSORI SCHOOL ELEMENTARY AFTER SCHOOL CARE DIRECTOR
Thacher Montessori School (Toddler-AP in Milton, MA) is searching for an after school care director to work with children 6 -14 years old in our after school care and late care programs to begin August 31, 2015. With an assistant, the after school care director will provide care and activities, with plenty of outdoor time for elementary and adolescent students. The director will also be responsible for organizing the after school enrichment programs, staffed both by current staff and outside contractors. The position is part-time (2:00 pm 6:00 pm) throughout the school year.
The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelors degree
Experience in a Montessori environment preferred
Montessori training preferred

Located within a half-mile of Boston city limits, the school enjoys a rich cultural and geographic diversity in a natural setting, lying between a 7,000-acre nature preserve and The Wakefield Estate, a 23-acre arboretum with livestock and specimen gardens, used for the adolescent program. Each of our 10 classrooms in a 1989 building designed for Montessori schooling is led by a Montessori trained guide, assisted by a second faculty member and, at the elementary and adolescent levels, specialists. The school is AMS accredited for all ages and recognized at the 0-3 and 3-6 levels by AMI. With a strong foundation built over the last 40 years, the school is poised to carry out its mission as a learning organization in new ways, with the help of our staff.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
