Business Software Analyst (Mansfield, MA) (multiple positions). Under supervision, maintain and support the Business Intelligence and Business Objects computer system environments. Support the users to develop report specifications that solve business problems; and the global BI/BO team to perform upgrades and maintenance. Use technical specifications to program, test, validate and complete BO queries; develop required cubes and queries to pass data to the BO production environment; provide completed report into production environment; and perform finance validation. Complete business report specification that provides data requirements to fulfill user requested report; analyze data requirements for SAP field requirements and SAP BI cubes/tables to develop technical specifications and complete report. Perform Sharepoint projects and updates.
Requires Bachelor in Computer Science, IT or related degree or foreign equivalent. 2 years of work experience in the offered position or as BI/BO Consultant/Analyst or related position. 2 years of experience must include use of SAP Business Object platform, SAP BO (XI R2, 3.1, 4.0), SAP BI/BW, SSRS, Xcelsius 2008, Crystal reports, Mobile BI, dashboard design, and SQL.
