What you will be doing:
As a Fiber Field Service Technician, he/she will be updating, repairing and installing new fiber to the premise. In addition, he/she will be providing tech support for customers voice, internet, and IPTV services.
What you need to Qualify:
Minimum 2-3 years experience focused on installation and repair of copper & fiber.
Exposure to IPTV, DSL, Voice & Data products is a HUGE plus as well as knowledge of routers & switches
Must have clean background and be customer focused. Liquid silk communication skills both written and verbal are required.
This is an expanding Telco! Compensation will be based on experience.
