ADVERTISING SALES Full and Part Time Do you have experience in customer service either in retail sales or as a server and/or bartender in the food service industry? If you do, then you may have the skills and qualifications we're seeking for full or part time employment within our inside classified sales dept.
selling digital and print advertising throughout the state of Michigan.
Are you tired of having to wear a uniform, work night shifts during the week and working both Saturday and Sunday? Are you tired of your work shift changing week to week, having to work on your feet upwards 8 and 10 hours a day and earning a base pay that is at or below minimum wage? o We want you to WANT to come to work every day.
o Our team is goal oriented, career minded and motivated toward success.
o We have a passion for all things DIGITAL and are seeking candidates that are positive, have lots of energy, able to develop strong customer relations, provide great service and have an aptitude for continued training and development.
o Our environment is fast-paced; deadline oriented and requires experience in customer service, computers, creativity and multi-tasking.
o We offer a set work schedule for day shifts only in an office environment that is forward thinking and business casual.
o We pay for performance and expect our team to play to win every single day.
o We pay $12.
50 per hour plus you earn uncapped commission sales bonuses each month and the majority of our team doubles their monthly income each month via their commission bonuses.
In other words, you control the amount of money you earn each month.
The more you apply yourself, the more money you make.
Full time candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:
00 am to 5:
30 pm and part time candidates must also work every Sunday from 2:
00 pm to 5:
30 pm.
The part time position is 30 hours per week.
The full time position includes benefits; Health/Dental/Vision, Life insurance, STD, LTD, 401k, Flexible Spending Plan.
