South Jersey Religious Organization seeks experienced Administrator, to take ownership of our congregations operations. Must have had 3 to 5 years experience working as an administrator for a religious organization, prior experience is more of the requirement.
Responsibilities: The Synagogue Administrator directs, administers and coordinates the secular, business and financial activities of the Synagogue in accordance with the policies, goals, and objectives established by the Board of Trustees, include managing our finances, supervising our dedicated staff, working with lay leadership and synagogue membership, overseeing maintenance and upkeep of our building, and directing all of our communications and marketing Administrative support, Administration, and , Personnel, Record keeping, Meetings, Office Equipment, Facilities Management, Membership, Budget and Finance i.e. Budgeting, income, Expenses, Purchasing, fundraising, Communications and Marketing. Perform other duties as necessary or required by the Board of Trustees. A detail breakdown for each area is available. Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on abilities and relevant experience 55K to 65K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
