Award winning architectural firm is hiring an Architectural Drafter. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and has worked on single family and multifamily housing projects including renovation experience. The candidate must be someone with experience from schematic design through construction administration. We are a 6-person firm that is growing and looking for someone to jump in and be a producer. The candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple tasks and take direction from multiple people. An energetic, enthusiastic and positive team-player attitude is essential.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD skills are a must
Experience with mixed-use, multi-family, and shop drawings is preferred
Must be able to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously
Must be organized with tasks and documents filing
Our multifamily projects include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, elderly apartments, market rate apartments, mixed use developments, affordable housing, historic renovations, adaptive re-use, condominiums, and townhouses, both with the design and construction of new buildings as well as having extensive renovation experience including renovations of occupied housing and with fire restoration projects. We have experience with funding agencies such as HUD, DHCD, MassHousing, as well as projects utilizing LIHTC's and Historic Tax Credits. Registerd in CT, MA, NH, RI and ME.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
