Landscape Irrigation Production Manager

Property Masters Landscape Design has an immediate opening for an Irrigation Production Manager.
Job Duties:
Supervise irrigation technicians to ensure jobs are managed within required timeframes and meet quality standards established by Property Masters.
Meet with customers for pre-walks with a Landscape Designer to discuss and document the expectations that the client has for their property;
Layout and install new or renovated irrigation systems;
Perform Wet Checks: check proper operation of irrigation system.
Remove old systems and recover reusable equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot irrigation systems to determine repair need.
Partner with and work with laborers where needed on irrigation projects/jobs.
Complete projects in the time that is allotted while paying attention to detail (weather permitting).
Communicate to the Landscape Designer regularly if I am unable to complete the tasks given to me within a 50-hour workweek in order for the workload to be reassessed.
Be prepared and organized with the day's events and process planned prior to the 7:30 AM departure.
Visit properties to evaluate all revenue opportunities & design enhancements/irrigation proposal based on finds;
Ensure irrigation jobs are managed within financial budget;
Gather and update historical data for each account regarding water sources, point of connection and mainline connection, services performed, and parts installed.
Purchase parts required to repair, create, or renovate irrigation systems while maintaining accurate inventory and strict cost controls;
Plan for and delegate the preparation of any necessary tools, machinery or materials necessary (including the delivery thereof) for tasks each day;
Plan and implement corrections to job sites and service calls.
Required Skills/
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years' experience installing irrigation systems and troubleshooting existing systems
Minimum 2 years' experience managing crews
Good organization and customer service skills
Outdoor lighting experience is a plus
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required

Base Salary $30-40k depending on experience
