As a
Sales Associate
with Ashley Furniture, you will be dedicated to listening intently to Guests needs in order to be a valuable resource in making Guests Home Decor visions a reality. Your outstanding customer service skills are critical in developing client rapport and building long-term relationship. Successful candidates must be entrepreneurial-minded with strong interpersonal skills and be highly motivated with a hunger to succeed.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Presenting and discussing various home furnishings product options based upon your discovery of the prospective client's lifestyle, needs, and goals
Achieving and exceeding goals in an uncapped, commission-based environment
Meeting deadlines in a revenue-driven atmosphere with unlimited earning potential
Assisting customers in financing, purchasing, delivery, and ultimate satisfaction
Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development
Building your business by prospecting with new and existing customers and by scheduling appointments
Being part of a team and working well to help them succeed
Qualifications
Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends, nights and holidays
Innovative and team-oriented
Professional communication skills and follow-up skills
Great listener and consultative
Self-directed professional who is always willing to learn
High-energy people person and relentless in pleasing the customer
