Job Description:
To act as the key liaison between our National Account Customers, Ambius field operations
and our Subcontractor Network. National Account Program Managers will work with the Senior National Account Program Managers to perform the tasks associated with all administrative aspects of the Ambius National Accounts Division.
Prepares reports, handles National Account Customer service calls, fosters and maintains a
professional and positive working relationship with all National Account partners and customers.
Works with the National Account Receivables Coordinator and Key Account Managers to
ensure the timely collection of receivables from customers and retention payments as directed by the Director of National Accounts Sales Operations.
Coordinates with National Account sales colleagues to ensure the proper paperwork is
collected, as well as implementation and coordination of services for new National Account
A. Must have and express a sense of urgency when dealing with client and partner concerns.
B. Must have strong organizational skills.
C. Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
D. Must be computer literate and able to utilize our operating systems (WDS, Microsoft NAV and iCABS), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Windows 2007) and Sales Advantage.
E. Must have a college degree and/or similar work experience.
F. General Interior Landscaping knowledge preferred

A. Will work with existing individuals from Ambius National Accounts and the National Account Receivables Coordinator and Key Account Manager to transition responsibilities.
B. May be requested to attend off site training as directed by the Director of National Accounts Sales Operations.
Responsible for the administrative management of new and/or existing Ambius National
Accounts to ensure retention of customers through world class customer service.
A. Management and Financial Reports
1. Missing Service Ticket Report
2. Ticket Change Report
3. Progress Report
4. Regularly review service reports for National Accounts within the assigned
portfolio to ensure thorough detail regarding pest activity, sanitation and
structural deficiencies and recommendations, and issue resolution.
B. Account Management
1. Statement printing and mailing.
2. Partner with National Accounts Manager and customer to develop the Program Requirements Document (PRD) for internal distribution by formulating outputs from the Strategic Account Implementation form used by the National Account Manager at the time of sales. Program Manager will coordinate the timely update of any PRD after Account Management Reviews or contract updates/renewals.
3. Resolve customer inquiries through Ambius Partner and internal customer management channels.
5. Immediately (same day) process service request communication and ensuring requests are completed.
5. Process and review Service Reports for all assigned National Account Customers and log in CCM.
6. Serve as resource for Ambius National Accounts internal and and external customers.
C. Primarily work in an office environment:
1. Work schedule will be 40+ hours per week and will include working on Saturday's as needed.
2. Program Managers will be required to attend Rentokil Corporate Meetings as detailed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
