Searching for a recruiter in Matthews, NC. This is a fast paced position requiring the ability to work a high volume of requisitions in several different lines of business. Ideal candidate will have recent experience working on a staffing company type of environment or a high volume recruiting type position. We are need of someone to start ASAP!!
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ability to recruit for both IT and General roles
Ability to handle a large volume of requisitions
Able to work in a fast paced team environment
Top 3-5 must haves:
Recent high volume recruiting
Proven track record of success in the recruiting field
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well in team environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
