Some travel will be required, off hour conference calls will occasionally be required.

Summary
The Agile Consultant will be a Guru/SME (subject matter expert) in Agile methodologies, scrum, and techniques, preferable certified in one of the areas. The individual should have strong leadership skills and the ability to translate agile practices to an organization that is unfamiliar or practicing. This individual will actively work with all areas of the client's organization to help transform teams and individuals to become self-organized and self-sustaining. Additionally, this candidate will assist in fostering agile adoption throughout an organization through workshops, training, and one-on-one meetings. This person will have strong communication and leadership skills. Must be self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Ability to coach is preferred.
An Agile Scrum Coach who doesn't take a purist stand. We are looking for someone with more of a pragmatic view. Someone who understands that purist mindset doesn't always bode well with everyone
1. An Agile Scrum Coach with a deep understanding of Agile principles and the experience to take a pragmatic view. This role is directly accountable for implementing Agile practices in companys portfolio through hands on mentoring of development teams. Success is measured by an evidenced transition which results in the benefits typically seen through Agile being demonstrated.
2. Need to have 6
years of Agile Coaching experience (prefer someone who is at the experienced consultant level)/served as a Guru/subject matter expert)
3. Need to have 3-5 years in a large scale Enterprise Environment
4. Someone who knows SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework.
5.Excellent coaching personality - required
6. Someone who has certifications in SAFe, Scrum Master, Scrum Coach, Scrum Product Owner, Rally. Any certifications in the Agile or Scrum arena is greatly preferred!!!!
7. Adaptable - Someone who thinks How are we going to adapt by the book Scrum to work for us. Someone who respects the time of the team and is good with the time management
8. Someone who plays well with the team and really gets to know the team and the culture. A true team player Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
