Mobile Business Analyst

Must be able to work on projects that involve interactions and functional changes to mobile devices for any new project implementations the client implements. They will be working out details/requirements in order for the functionality to work on the devices. It is an analyst role where they will have to research and analyze mobile devices, functionality, and then review/create requirements based on their impact to other projects. 60% Analyst, 20% QA, 20# business owner. There will be 2 or 3 projects for them to manage concurrently. Web/E Commerce background is HIGHLY recommended but not necessary but will count against them if they don't have it.
BA-Mobile experience
This role will require significant Mobile knowledge. Understanding mobile devices of all varieties and sizes, how they function and what their capabilities and limitations are. This role will provide analysis and be able to help create process and requirements based on the specific client initiative.
This person's primary responsibilities will be:
Analyze as is processes (initially looking at client's current Mobile accessibility testing process)
Identify improvement areas
Develop/document recommendations to address improvement areas
Present recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership and gain approval
Lead implementation of approved recommendations.
Must have the following skills:
Able to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Superior leadership, organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must demonstrate initiative and work independently with little direction
Strong analysis skills, must be able to quickly analyze current situation, identify issues and drive resolutions of those issues
Able to drive decision making and obtain consensus while maintaining relationships
Able to create concise presentations suitable for senior leadership
Must be a strong presenter, facilitator and negotiator
Ideal candidate has the following
Experience:
5
years leading projects and/or process initiatives in the Web/e-commerce space
Expertise with Mobile application delivery - has created/delivered mobile experience, understands challenges in building/testing/releasing native applications
Expertise with Process Reengineering/documentation
Practical experience using Agile methodology
Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
Familiarity with QA/UAT processes for Mobile applications
Practical experience/familiarity with the Telecom industry - specifically - front end/e-commerce experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
