Our client, a life sciences technology firm in the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a Director of Talent and Organizational Development. This role will focus on talent and succession, high potential identification and pipeline development, organizational development, organizational effectiveness and culture, talent analytics, and accelerated leadership development as an enabler for growth. The ideal candidate has a master's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness or similar roles. This is a virtual role with extensive global travel.


Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that the talent and organizational capability requirements are met
Design and implement strategies to meet the specific talent needs
Provide executive development support and coaching
Identify skill gaps from Strategic Workforce Planning and drive initiatives to close gaps
Contribute to building Talent Development capabilities
Implement and lead specific initiatives, which may include talent reviews and performance management discussions, employee value proposition initiatives, executive coaching and assessment processes, ?diversity and inclusion strategies, high potential development, 360s and change management programs
Complete comprehensive diagnostics of talent requirements and build a scalable knowledge base for critical ?talent
Execute an organizational development and effectiveness strategy ?
Serve as the talent liaison to corporate
Global scope and impact with regard to talent approaches
Internal relationship building across the business units, within the HR community generating blended solutions across both organizational and capability requirements


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with 7
years in talent development, organizational effectiveness or similar roles
Master's degree in org development, leadership development, or similar fields; MBA highly preferred
Commercial acumen and an understanding of talent trends across global markets
Highly developed leadership skills, advanced consulting skills and superior ability to influence challenging ?stakeholders at a variety of levels
Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplined, change programs including culture change and team effectiveness
Highly collaborative with ability to work in partnership with the entire HR community
Superior communicator; ability to get things done within a highly matrixed organization
Strong self-management skills, with a high level of energy, flexibility and resiliency
Responsive, able to course-correct and adjust to changing circumstances and client needs
Effective external relationship building with peers, vendors and consultants
Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
Track record of delivering results in terms of talent development, succession and organizational readiness Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
