Looking for a Quality Manager for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer.
The Quality Manager is responsible for driving sustainable excellence in quality during the total product development and production cycle. This is accomplished by providing technical leadership within the quality discipline, driving adherence to systems, and maintaining intense customer focus. In addition, this position will be responsible for follow up and corrective action coordination of all customer related quality issues.
Lead the facility effort to eliminate product and process defect causes by utilizing team-oriented problem solving methodology and recommending changes or solutions to problems.
Direct the maintenance of management systems (QMS) certifications through system and process audits.
Manage the quality department.
Supervise quality personnel and direct their training to develop teamwork and problem solving skills.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
Must have degree for consideration. Advanced degree and/or certification is considered a plus (i.e. Masters, MBA, CQM, CQE, Six Sigma, etc)
Candidate should have at least 5 years of automotive experience for consideration-preference would be candidate coming from Tier 1 supplier.
3
years of Quality Management experience.
Demonstrated working knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and/or Six Sigma Methodology is highly preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
