Perform analytical and support tasks under the supervision of the foreign disclosure officer and international branch chief in a dynamic, fast-paced, and mission-oriented environment. Prepare recommendations on foreign disclosure actions, advise personnel on foreign disclosure policy and procedures within dod and the intelligence community, facilitate release of information to foreign nationals, implement bilateral agreements, conduct technical reviews of information, and provide limited representation of foreign disclosure positions within and outside the organization. Conduct training for US personnel, advise on foreign visits and export license requests, communicate foreign disclosure sensitivities related to funded initiatives to personnel and service elements, conduct research and analysis on complex issues, and coordinate release requests for information with the originating service, COCOM, OSD policy, or intelligence agency. Support foreign disclosure program in accordance with national disclosure policy, dod directives and instructions, and applicable intelligence community directives. Provide products that reflect: documentable research, comprehensive coordination, relevant information, problem identification, potential solutions, and recommended solutions. Deliver products by the stated suspense, in the correct format, using clear and proper communication standards, and using established systems.
Requirements
The contractor shall have 10-12 years of experience in the department of defense or the intelligence community. Have over two (2) years of experience in foreign disclosure to support C-IED, acquisition, intelligence, training, and military operations. Demonstrated experience communicating and briefing senior staff and organizational leaders. Possess subject matter expertise with national disclosure policy (NDP-1), dod directive 5230.1 1, dod directive 5230.20, the arms export control act, security classification(s), and the disclosure of classified military information (CMI) and controlled unclassified information (CUI) to foreign governments and international organizations. Demonstrated experience in use of personal computers with extensive experience using microsoft office suite and web-based applications and drafting flag-level briefings, presentations, and point papers. Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Education
BS/BA degree, related to policy, government, public administration, history, international affairs, or economics disciplines are acceptable or master degree.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
