Highly Versatile Service Person is needed to join our quality team.
Entry level position - Recent tech school grad or handyman experience considered.
Experience:
Basic carpentry, drywall repairs and finishing, doors and hardware, commercial ceilings, VCT flooring, ect.
Basic electrical skills including ballast, troubleshooting, lighting , ect.
Basic plumbing skills for repairs including soldering and PVC, and familiarity with commercial flush systems.
Basic HVAC preventative maintenance and controls.
Duties:
Provide a dedicated client with all the resources they need to maintain their Class A facility. Basic repair and maintenance of all aspects in a commercial environment. This position is responsible for the day-to-day needs of a set client and workload could vary widely. Rotating on call schedule and additional compensation provided. Computer skills required.
Attributes:
This position is unique and requires a professional, responsible, take charge individual who has the ability to be self managed and work independently, or be a team player on larger projects. Detail on paperwork and expense tracking is a must. The ability to blend with the client and reinforce the relationship with them is a solid +.
