The Mobile Applications team is looking for Cloud Services Engineers to help the NGA accomplish it's vision of providing a wide breadth of GEOINT services to the intelligence community as a whole.
Duties and
Responsibilities: Candidates should be comfortable configuring and managing a wide range of servers all within a cloud environment. Deep familiarity with cloud Platform as a Service concepts as well as working knowledge of Amazon AWS/C2S, Cloud Foundry, OpenShift and/or Docker would be a big plus.
Required Qualification s:
- Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.
- Familiarity with GeoServer, PostGIS, MongoDB, MapServer, OpenGeo Suite, OpenLayers/Leaflet. All also a plus.
- This position requires self-starter types that are flexible, adaptable and willing to learn. Shifting priorities are the order of the day within this team!
The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.
