Equipment/Facility Support Technician
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for an Equipment and Facility Support Technician. In this position, you would be a key part of the Window Systems Manufacturing Support Team. A successful Equipment Support Technician will maintain computer and production equipment to ensure production capability and achieve required high standards of quality. Maintain physical plant, facility, equipment, computers and grounds.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor PM Program
Resolve equipment and facility issues
Reduce equipment downtime
Special projects that may increase capacity or efficiency
Provide safe environment in line with Lutron's policies
Build strong relationships with manufacturing and quality teams
Stay aligned to Lutrons culture and values
o Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets
o Be an innovative thinker
o Be customer focused
o Be ethical
Qualifications:
2 year technical degree
Minimum 5 years work experience in a manufacturing facility
Must have above average trouble shooting skills and the ability to implement timely corrective actions for mechanical, electromechanical & computer problems
Experience/Knowledge required: Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer/Software
Willingness to work on second and/or third shift if necessary
