The credit risk BI team is looking for risk BI analysts, the candidates will be responsible for collection and analysis of business requirements, production of BI sourced from the new strategic data platform, ensuring accuracy and validity of BI and data, and acting as a liaison between risk team members and technology. The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written) for engaging credit risk leaders and be data savvy for quickly analyzing, managing, and delivering high quality BI & MIS. The candidate should have a proven ability to take ownership of business requirements, data analysis, and BI delivery. Risk BI analyst will also work on Basel requirements for data aggregation and report generation.
Requirements
Experience with statistical programming, including SAS, oracle, java and SQL; statistical techniques such as regression, decision trees, and segmentation techniques; knowledge of credit products and credit risk. Experience in all aspects of testing from unit, integration, system, functional, regression to acceptance. 2
years of experience in consumer services risk. 2
years working with large relational databases (teradata, oracle, SQL server, mySQL, DB2, etc) preferred. 2
years experience in the use of BI tools (Cognos, business objects, microstrategy) to develop advanced reporting solutions preferred. Data visualization skills using tools such as tableau, cognos, SRSS, excel and powerpoint. Experience with various data modeling concepts, tools, methodologies and ETL processes is a plus. Experience with full report development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing and deployment). Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues at various levels of the organization. Able to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business questions and needs. Must have advanced PC skills with word, powerpoint, and excel (graphs, charts, formulas, macros, VBA).
Education
Masters degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, statistics & economics.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
