Perform implant and instrument design work. Actively participate on, and sometimes lead, multifunctional teams to advance assigned projects through the development process and launch into the market. Model and detail implant and instrument designs utilizing Pro/Engineer design software. Develop prototypes for design verification and validation. Utilize and manage design controls within the New Product Development Process (NPDP). Interface with clinical advisors to gather input for design and evaluate new products. Develop verification and validation protocols and technical reports. Actively participate on, and sometimes lead, cross-functional design teams to develop new product, address design issues, and maintain existing designs. Utilize knowledge of the surgical procedure in order to develop innovative solutions to solve/satisfy customer needs. Interact regularly with surgeons to understand and collect their feedback. Travel required up to 10%.
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or in a related science discipline. Two (2) years of product design experience in the medical device industry or equivalent. Experience must include: Experience with parametric CAD design package Pro/Engineer. Experience with OtisMed: Object Oriented programming in VBA, C++, or MatLAB; CAMWorks or MasterCAM; and a background in multi-body dynamics and Orthopaedics.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
