Description:
- Minimum number of years of experience required: 5 years of Recruitment Exp. Preferable in Healthcare
- Demonstrate counseling ability.
- Demonstrate consultative skills.
- Demonstrate executive presence with leadership ability.
- Able to quickly build relationships and establish trust with leaders, hiring managers, colleagues and candidates.
- Broad general knowledge of HR concepts, and processes and their interdependencies.
- Demonstrate networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing candidates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment processes (candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, candidate assessment and interview, and matching position to best candidate background).
- Demonstrated knowledge of governmental regulations, court decisions and professional standards and practices related to EEO/AA, legalities and ethics of recruitment, and job analysis.
- Excels in oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Able to interact with multiple levels of staff to effect change.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to meet the demands of the diverse and changing needs of the assigned specialty areas.
- Strong customer focus required.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, flexibility and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated coordination, organization and project management skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Demonstrated understanding of branding and image.
- Able to work in a labor management partnership environment.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
