Description:
- Minimum number of years of experience required: 5 years of Recruitment Exp. Preferable in Healthcare
- Demonstrate counseling ability.

- Able to quickly build relationships and establish trust with leaders, hiring managers, colleagues and candidates.
- Broad general knowledge of HR concepts, and processes and their interdependencies.
- Demonstrate networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing candidates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment processes (candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, candidate assessment and interview, and matching position to best candidate background).
- Demonstrated knowledge of governmental regulations, court decisions and professional standards and practices related to EEO/AA, legalities and ethics of recruitment, and job analysis.
- Excels in oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Able to interact with multiple levels of staff to effect change.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to meet the demands of the diverse and changing needs of the assigned specialty areas.
- Strong customer focus required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
