Engineer II - Electrical Controls Engineer

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and installing for all plant electrical specifications and systems to include electronics, PLC programming, and plant and machine controls and systems. Responsible for monitoring and optimizing the manufacturing process, tools, process or machine correction in order to give manufacturing a larger operating window; assisting the Quality and Manufacturing departments on any customer quality concern; reviewing drawings on future programs to insure manufacturing feasibility; updating and improving existing machine technology; assisting production in the launch of new programs; and directing or incorporating cost savings actively to support the plant and the customers.
Location: Fremont, OH
Salary: $70,248 per year
Education: Bachelors Electrical Engineering Technology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
Training: None
Experience: None
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience.
