Responsibilities include:
-quote package with data pulled from multiple departments to support sales
-compute cost factors - prepare bids, selecting vendors
-analysis of quote packages for risk and what if scenarios
-central cost estimating database
-analyze estimated costs to actual costs
-cost trend analysis
Requirements:
entry level (1 - 2 yrs exp)
strong Excel
some basic cost accounting in a manufacturing company
BS in Accounting
