Accounts Receivable Manager with five plus years of experience to oversee all functions of the accounts receivable department including supervision of department employees. Areas that fall into department include collections, cash receipt processing and management reporting. This individual will be responsible for reviewing accounts and verifying receivables are being kept under 90 days. Establish payment solutions with customers that have exceeded 90 days. Also review and perform detailed credit file reviews to either approve or deny new customer credit applications. Provide customer service to clients when necessary. Provide monthly review of accounts receivable aged trial balance with management. Provide timely information on delinquent accounts and those that have gone to legal action. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting highly preferred. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
