Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:
As a member of an Orion project team, this position will play an integral role in managing business analysts team. The BA manager will have understanding of all the tracks that his team is handling. He should have the ability to delegate and also be hands on or deep dive when required.
The business analyst manager will also be liaising with and coordinating with the business team, and other key project stakeholders to ensure that the business needs and opportunities are documented, analyzed, and converted into functional requirements and successful solutions for the tracks owned by him/her.
The Business Analyst Manager will be expected to demonstrate strong technical and problem solving skills. They must be able to successfully operate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, and handle multiple competing project priorities. Additionally the ideal candidate will be self-managed, take ownership for project deliverables and will provide intuitive solutions to project obstacles.

Key
Responsibilities:
Manage business analyst team
Be the point of contact for client side escalation related to business analysis
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level requirements into functional and nonfunctional solution requirements.
Work with domain SME's, implementation SME's, and other project stakeholders to define required transition requirements for the successful cutover to new solutions.
Analyze business needs, stakeholder concerns, to distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (FRD, BRD, Use Cases, Process & Data Flow Diagram, ERD, Concept Decks, Gap Analysis, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Work extended hours and accomplish critical deliverables when a client/project need dictates it.
Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, QA Teams, and support teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Computer Science required
Very strong managerial experience
10 plus years of related experience
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong technical and systems skills with proven ability to learn new applications.
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources, ability to adapt to change
Experience with offshore/onsite development model
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment
Demonstrated ability to identify issues and problem-solve
Flexibility, with the ability to work additional hours and in a variety of different business tasks as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
