SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Defines and prioritizes the work across the entirety of a line of business or set of systems. Routinely engages with the most senior business leader to create a roadmap that matches the top line business goals. Works with Business Consultants and Project Managers to manage the entire lifecycle of project work. Has a supervisory role of other team members. Participates in projects requiring applied knowledge of systems to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Develops specifications and business requirement documents; develops and review of user acceptance test plans. Coordinate issues associated with application development, end user training, security and implementation.
This position requires the ability to multi-task in an extremely complex and fast paced environment. A bachelor degree (computer science or equivalent preferred) and 10
years of prior related experience are required. During parts of the system life cycle, weekend and nighttime work may be required. In addition, on call production support may be required.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree: Computer Science or equivalent preferred
MINIMUM PRIOR RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE TYPICALLY REQUIRED:
10 to 15 years
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
1. A comprehensive understanding of relational database concepts and technology; and data warehousing concepts.
2. A comprehensive understanding and experience with enterprise software development lifecycle.
3. An understanding of one or more of the following: application programming, database development.
4. A detailed knowledge of several business processes, with the ability to understand and articulate new processes quickly.
5. Financial Industry Experience beneficial.
6. Experience with Salesforce.com environment and constructs beneficial.
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess relevant facts, identify alternative approaches, and supply recommended solutions.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The capacity to perform sedentary physical work using repetitive motions. An ability to hear with a low level of background noise, moderate proficiency with moderate supervision. An ability to deal with people, work precisely, perform analysis. An ability to follow instructions, employ technical skills and perform problem solving.
