Our Client has an immediate need for an experienced Cost Analyst with manufacturing background.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in the accurate and timely development of product pricing and costing for the commercial bidding process, especially in major cost impact.
Support operations with understanding of product cost and business systems oversight.
Assist in the analysis associated with overhead standard costs utilizing Activity Based Costings (ABS) drivers, review of proposed changes and the testing of new overhead model.
Additional analysis and reporting as needed.
Experience:
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.

years of Cost Accounting preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
MS Office experience with strong skills in Excel.
Experience with ERP, Bills of Materials (BOM) and Shop Floor activities.
Strong team-work abilities with proven problem solving, critical thinking, customer service, and communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
