Operations Analyst (Addison, TX)

The Operations Analyst requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and use good judgment in completing deliverables. This role will support corporate procurement assisting with the broker performance team. Work will be performed primarily by phone and email communication with brokers.
Day to Day Duties:
Assist broker on boarding; taking requests from the broker performance team and reaching out to brokers
Gather compliance documents (W-9, insurance forms, etc.)
Validate current information (address, numbers, etc.) to ensure accuracy prior to uploading into proprietary systems
Add validated information to appropriate shared drive
Demonstrate strong data entry skills and the ability to transfer data from one profile to another
Basic
Qualifications:
Strong general computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
SharePoint experience is required

years of experience supporting electronic data and documentation management
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real estate.
TRAXS and/or Equator
Real estate knowledge is helpful
Experience working with brokers/vendors is highly desired
No sponsorship or relocation is offered for this role.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
